Planner
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and preparing staff rosters for multiple shifts and teams.
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover weekly CRO activities.
• Identifying conflicts between weekly work applications, through work permit process, from multiple parties.
• Preparation of works notice, based on approved works, including planning of required relevant resource to ensure efficient performance and minimum delay.

Project Admin
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide administration support to CRO Site Manager and the team.
• Full responsible over submissions, correspondence preparation, document maintenance, filing system.
• Full control of DRS (Document Review Sheet) & DRS-R (Document Review Sheet Response) – Internal and External (Using ‘Team Binder’ system) and updating in master register.
• Scheduling, organising, and coordinating meetings and events .
• Preparing minutes and gathering needed documentation for meetings.
• Prepares document transmittal and maintains records in electronic databases and hard copy files.
• Register, manage and track any related documents.
• Assisting the team for technical document preparations and submission.
• Tracking and filing the projects documentation and progress of works including correspondences, information exchange and distribution of documents/ drawings.
• Engaging with the other Department’s PIC to ensure the smoothness of documents or submissions delivery.

Document Controller
Main Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
• Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
• Process incoming and outgoing documentation.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally.
• Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data.
• General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of supplier documents compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality.
• Answering telephone calls, distributing messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintaining company files and records to ensure they remain updated.

CRO Senior Controller
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervising the Control Centre shift.
• Responsible for the overall management of all activities, including interruptions and emergencies within CRO areas.
• Liaising with CRO Controllers to verify that works are performed in accordance with the works notice, rules and procedures.
• Liaising with Power Controller on the isolation and energization of relevant traction power sections.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external services in case of interruptions and emergencies.
• Planning, scheduling and assigning relevant works to subordinates.
• Recommending enhancements to existing processes, rules and procedures.
• Preparing and reviewing reports, notices, etc. as required.
• Conducting performance appraisal and recommending disciplinary actions and promotions/recognition of Traffic Control Division personnel.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in the following technical areas.

CRO Controller
Main Responsibilities:
• Controlling and monitoring of all activities within CRO areas from the CRO Control Centre in accordance with the works notice, rules and procedures
• Following operational instructions from CRO Senior Controller.
• Liaising with CRO Senior Controller on status of relevant traction power sections.
• Liaising with multiple Site Coordinators to implement work protections, authorize works, verify status of site, etc.
• Supervising and controlling movements of electric trains and rail borne vehicles.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external services during interruptions and emergencies when instructed by Senior Controller.
• Supervises Site Coordinators assigned at depot and mainline.
• Operating relevant workstations as required.
• Preparing reports and other required documentations.
• Supporting investigations following incidents or emergencies.
• Participating in work permit meetings, trainings and other relevant activities as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in railway control centre operations (construction or revenue).

• Overseeing all works within his area of responsibility.
• Supporting the Access Controllers to fulfil their roles and functions.
• Performing onsite checks of works as appropriate.
• Maintaining records of Work Group entering and leaving the T&C Guideway
• Recommending enhancements to existing processes, rules and procedures.
• Preparing reports and other required documentations.
• Supporting investigations following incidents or emergencies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in railway operations (construction or revenue).
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, OR Certificate in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
• Priority given to those with related working experience in technical field and computer literate, preferred experience in Rolling Stock (Driver)

Senior Trainer
Main Responsibilities:
• Developing, improving and maintaining required training materials and processes for CRO based on approved plans, Rulebook, SOPs and other relevant documents.
• Coaching, developing and managing all trainers under his supervision.
• Ensuring that all performance and retention goals for each class are met for trainers and training classes under his supervision.
• When required, delivering consistent and effective trainings.
• Managing all aspects of the training environment, including reporting requirements.
• Recommending enhancements to existing processes, rules and procedures.
• Conducting performance appraisal and recommending disciplinary actions and promotions/recognition of Traffic Control Division personnel.
• Supporting investigations following incidents or emergencies.
• Representing the training team in meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in railway training.

Train and Rail Borne Vehicle Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall administrative management of the Train and Rail Borne Vehicle Operations team.

• Proposing improvements or changes necessary for efficient line operations in coordination with other internal departments.
• Reviewing relevant reports and recommending necessary actions.
• Recommending enhancements to existing processes, rules and procedures.
• Conducting performance appraisal and recommending disciplinary actions and promotions/recognition of Traffic Control Division personnel.
• Supporting investigations following incidents or emergencies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Between 30 to 45 years of age
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering fields.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia [Spoken & Written]
• Possess valid driving license [by JPJ, B2, D]-preferred experience in Rolling Stock (Hostler)
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
• Relevant working experience at least 10 years and computer literacy would be an added advantage
Senior Train and Rail Borne Vehicle Driver
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring implementation roster schedules and effective manpower utilization of Electric Train Drivers and Rail Borne Vehicle Drivers.

• Attend all meetings and trainings specified by the department and company from time to time.

Electric Train (ET) Driver

• Implementing rules and procedures during incidents and emergencies.
• Following train assignments and schedules from Senior Train and Rail Borne Vehicle Driver.
• Attend all meetings and trainings specified by the department and company from time to time.
• Preparing reports and other required documentations.
• Supporting investigations following incidents or emergencies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Between 21 to 35 years of age
• Minimum Certificate holder in various fields

QAQC Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• In conjunction with the Project Manager, assist in the development of the Sub Contractor’s Project Quality Plan and Procedures
• Assist in the performance of internal Quality Audits within the Sub Contractor organization
• Lead in the execution of Quality Audits and Site Surveillances on Sub-contractor and SC site activities
• Participate in the review of Sub-contractor’s technical submissions, such as Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Plans, Material, Equipment etc.
• Organize regular quality meeting and walk about with the Supervising Consultants and Sub-contractors
• Manage Sub-contractor’s progress meeting schedules and follow up actions
• Establish and implement quality assurance measurement tools to monitor the Sub-contractors and SCs performance
• Arrange quality inductions for the Sub Contractor staff and Supervising Consultants
• Review the training plan and recommend urgent needs of the Sub-contractors for the effective execution of work
• Oversee the Supervising Consultants management of all “site” raised Non-Conformance processes and Site Inspection Requests including that of the Sub-contractors
• Coordinate and witness the independent material testing activities, FAT, FAI, etc. where applicable
• Monitor the quality records maintained by SC and Sub-contractor to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Support the project team in dealing with the Client on related quality matters
• Assist the Project Manager in developing quality tools such as standardized forms, registers, inspection formants, report formats etc. for the use of the SC and Sub-contractors
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, any discipline, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience of which 5 years managerial role in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the relevant technical field
• Preferably with QAQC experience in Power Supply
• Member of Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) is preferred.
• Computer literate especially with Microsoft Office
• Mature, problem solver and able to work in fast paced environment

• Demonstrate ability to supervise junior staff
Architect
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct Design Development with Detailed Design Consultants.
• Procurement of Planning and Building approvals from the relevant local Authorities for the Project.
• Review of Detailed Design Consultant’s Design and deliverables (drawings & report) to ensure works quality in compliance to the requirements.
• Review Technical specifications and Works costs.
• Provide technical inputs, comments and to ensure that the Design reviews are completed within stipulated time.
• Ensure that Design review comments are duly responded and closed, tracking and update design review status regularly.
• Manage DDC’s deliverables timeline for issuance of Tender & Construction drawings and obtaining approval/clearance from our Client.
• Provide Technical supports to construction team during Works progress on site.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related fields.
• Minimum LAM accreditation Part II
• Minimum 3 years working experience in railway is preferred.
• Good Interpersonal skills and command in English/Bahasa.
