Reason To facilitate preliminary works such as piloting, utilities relocation, soil investigation and site clearing at Jalan Melor 1 for the LRT3 project.

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 3 September 2018: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a temporary road closure at Jalan Melor 1, Kg Sungai Kayu Ara to facilitate preliminary works for the LRT3 project starting from 6 September to 29 October 2018. 

During the temporary closure which will be from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am the next day, motorists to Jalan Melor 1 will be diverted to Jalan Masjid and Jalan Melati as indicated in the GREEN arrows in the map below:

Traffic will be controlled by flagmen who will be stationed at the allocated points and directional signages will also be displayed during the closure. The road closure will ONLY take place during the time period stated above.
