SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 17 September 2019: MRCB George Kent Sdn. Bhd. (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a lane closure and traffic diversions on Federal Highway’s slip road towards Persiaran Sultan to facilitate construction works for road widening, piloting, utilities relocation, piling, pile cap, pier column, pier cap, viaduct construction and any other related works for the LRT3 project.

The lane closure and traffic diversions will take place starting from 20 September 2019 to 1 August 2021 (Monday to Saturday), 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m and 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

The traffic will be diverted as indicated on the map below:

 

During this time, the current motorcycle lane will be closed and realigned as indicated on the map, whilst the two (2) lanes on the main road will be reduced to one (1) lane until the Sungai Renggam bridge.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the public and greatly appreciate your kind understanding and patience as we build LRT3 for the betterment of the future, and in improving Klang Valley’s public transport system.
