SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 21 SEPTEMBER 2019: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be an intermittent full slip road closure and traffic diversions to facilitate piling, pier, long span works, portal, launching works and other LRT3 construction works from Bulatan Simpang Lima heading to Persiaran Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang from 24 September 2019 to 31 December 2019, Monday to Sunday, 24 hours daily.

During the intermittent closure, motorists will be diverted via alternative routes as shown on the maps below:

 

Alternative 1:

Motorists approaching the Bulatan Simpang Lima roundabout such as Jalan Tengku Kelana, Jalan Istana and Jalan Raya Barat who are heading to Jalan Bukit Kubur will be diverted towards Bulatan Kota (Klang-bound). They will need to make a U-Turn to head towards Persiaran Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, before turning left to Jalan Bukit Kubur as indicated on the map below:

 

 

Alternative 2:

Motorists on Persiaran Tengku Ampuan Rahimah who are heading to Taman Sri Andalas and Banting will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
