SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 14 Feb 2020: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of lane closure and traffic diversions to facilitate water pipe laying works on Jalan Salam, Bandar Botanic, Klang from 16 February 2020 to 15 March 2020 (Monday to Sunday), starting from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. daily.

During the closure, motorists from Persiaran Mahogani heading towards Jalan Langat will be diverted to Jalan Mahogani 1, before being required to turn left onto Jalan Mahogani to head back onto Jalan Langat. A temporary access (in front of Shell Petrol Station) will be provided for motorists heading towards Shell Petrol Station and Jalan Kasuarina 1 from Jalan Langat.

 

The lane closure and diversions are as indicated on the map below:

 

 

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Klang Municipal Council (MPK).

 

Motorists are advised to follow the traffic signage and flagmen during the road closures. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the public and greatly appreciate your kind understanding and patience as we build LRT3 for the betterment of the future, and in improving Klang Valley’s public transport system.
