SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 6 December 2021: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be road closures and traffic diversions on Persiaran Permai, Shah Alam (UiTM and Persiaran Bestari-bound) to facilitate U-girder launching works for LRT3 project from 9 December 2021 to 31 December 2021 (Monday to Sunday), from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The road closures and traffic diversions will be closed in stages at each of the locations below:

Closure A: Persiaran Permai (between Jalan Plumbum Z7/Z and Jalan Plumbum T7/T      junctions, (Persiaran Bestari and UiTM-bound)) will be closed from 9 December 2021 to 11 December 2021

During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:

  • Motorists from UiTM/Persiaran Kayangan heading towards Persiaran Bestari will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum Z7/Z, Jalan Plumbum Aa7/Aa, Jalan Plumbum T7/T and turn left onto Persiaran Permai before heading straight to Persiaran Bestari.
  • Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards UiTM/Persiaran Kayangan will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum R7/R and turn right onto Persiaran Permai before heading straight to UiTM/Persiaran Kayangan.

 

 

Closure B: Persiaran Permai (between Jalan Plumbum T7/T and Jalan Plumbum 7/102 junctions, (Persiaran Bestari and UiTM-bound)) will be closed from 12 December 2021 to 15 December 2021

During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:

  • During the closure, motorists from UiTM heading towards Persiaran Bestari will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/100, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/98 and turn right on Persiaran Permai before heading straight to Persiaran Bestari.
  • Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards UiTM will be diverted to Jalan Plumbum 7/98, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan 7/100 and turn left onto Persiaran Permai before heading straight to UiTM.

 

 

Closure C: Persiaran Permai (between Jalan Plumbum 7/102 and Plumbum 7/101 junctions, (Persiaran Bestari and UiTM-bound)) will be closed  from 21 December 2021 to 26 December 2021

During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:

  • Motorists from UiTM and Jalan Plumbum 7/102 heading towards Persiaran Bestari will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/95 and turn right onto Persiaran Permai before heading straight to Persiaran Bestari.
  • Motorists from UiTM and Jalan Plumbum 7/102 heading towards Jalan Plumbum 7/101 will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/95, turn left onto Persiaran Permai and head straight to Jalan Plumbum 7/101.
  • Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards UiTM will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/95, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/98, turn left onto Persiaran Permai and head straight to UiTM.
  • Motorists from Jalan Plumbum 7/101 heading towards UiTM will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/95, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/98, turn left onto Persiaran Permai and head straight to UiTM.

 

 

Closure D: Persiaran Permai (Jalan Plumbum 7/101 and Flat PKNS junctions, (Persiaran Bestari and UiTM-bound)) will be closed from 27 December 2021 to 28 December 2021

During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:

  • Motorists from Jalan Plumbum 7/101 heading towards UiTM will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/95, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/98, turn left onto Persiaran Permai and head straight to UiTM.
  • Motorists from UiTM heading towards Jalan Plumbum 7/101 will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/95, turn left onto Persiaran Permai and turn right to Jalan Plumbum 7/101.
  • Motorists from Jalan Plumbum 7/102 heading towards Persiaran Bestari will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/95, turn right onto Persiaran Permai and head straight to Persiaran Bestari .
  • Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards UiTM will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/95, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/98, turn left onto Persiaran Permai and head straight to UiTM.

 

 

 

Closure E: Persiaran Permai (between Jalan Plumbum 7/95 and Persiaran Bestari junctions, (Persiaran Bestari and UiTM-bound)) will be closed from 29 December 2021 to 31 December 2021

During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:

  • Motorists from UiTM heading towards Jalan Plumbum 7/95 will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98 and turn left before heading straight to Jalan Plumbum 7/95.
  • Motorists from UiTM heading towards Lebuh Keluli will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98, Jalan Plumbum 7/99, turn left onto Persiaran Bestari before heading straight to Lebuh Keluli.
  • Motorists from Lebuh Keluli heading towards UiTM will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/99, Jalan Plumbum 7/98 and turn left onto Persiaran Permai before heading straight to UiTM.
  • Motorists from Jalan Plumbum 7/95 heading towards UiTM will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98 and turn left onto Persiaran Permai before heading straight to UiTM.
