Traffic Announcement: Traffic Announcement: Continuation of Intermittent Closures and Traffic Diversions at Ramp A and Ramp B of the Pandamaran Interchange and from KM18.5 to KM19.1 (Both Bounds) of the Shah Alam Expressway – SAE (KESAS) from 24 Mar 2022 to 31 Mar 2022

KUALA LUMPUR – 21 March 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of intermittent closures at the Pandamaran Interchange (Ramp A) from Jalan Langat heading to Kuala Lumpur, (Ramp B) from Kuala Lumpur heading to Jalan Langat and from KM18.5 to KM19.1 (both bounds) of the Shah Alam Expressway – SAE (KESAS) to facilitate parapet wall concreting and LRT3 project-related works from 24 March 2022 to 31 March 2022, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. in the following stages:

Stage 1: Full closure of Ramp A from Jalan Langat heading onto SAE (Kuala Lumpur bound), 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on 24 March 2022.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 2: Full closure from KM18.5 to KM19.1 of SAE (East bound), 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., from 25 March 2022 to 26 March 2022.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 3: Full closure from KM19.1 to KM18.5 of SAE (West bound), 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from 27 March 2022 to 28 March 2022.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

 Stage 4: Full closure of Ramp B from SAE heading to Jalan Langat (Klang bound), 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from 29 March 2022 to 30 March 2022.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 5: Full closure of Ramp B from SAE heading to Jalan Langat (Banting bound), 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on 31 March 2022.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from IPD Klang Selatan (PDRM), the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang), Klang Municipal Council (MPK), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA). Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4 period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the traffic signages during the closure.
