Media Release: Road closure and traffic diversions on Jalan Mahogani 5, Klang (from Long Fong Zu Restaurant to Samy & Min Bak Kut Teh Restaurant junctions) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 5 October 2022 to 8 October 2022

KUALA LUMPUR – 2 OCTOBER 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a road closure and traffic diversions on Jalan Mahogani 5, Klang (from Long Fong Zu Restaurant to Samy & Min Bak Kut Teh Restaurant junctions) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 5 October 2022 to 8 October 2022, (Wednesday to Saturday) from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the closure, motorists on Jalan Mahogani 1 heading towards Jalan Langat will be diverted onto Jalan Salam and head straight towards Jalan Langat.

Motorists on Jalan Salam heading towards Jalan Mahogani 5 and Jalan Mahogani 1 will be diverted onto Persiaran Mahogani, Jalan Mahogani dan turn left on Jalan Mahogani 1 as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Klang Municipal Council (MPK).
