Media Release: Road closures and traffic diversions on the flyover and slip road at Lebuh Bandar Utama, heading to BU11 and BU1 to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 19 October 2022 to 19 November 2022

KUALA LUMPUR – 16 OCTOBER 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be road closures and traffic diversions on the flyover and slip road at Lebuh Bandar Utama, heading to BU11 and BU1 to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 19 October 2022 to 19 November 2022, (Monday to Saturday), from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

During the closures, motorists will be diverted as follows:

Closure 1: The slip road Lebuh Bandar Utama heading to BU1 will be closed

Motorists from Lebuh Bandar Utama heading to BU1 will be diverted (contra flow) as shown on the map below:

Closure 2a: The slip road to BU11/BU1 will be closed.

Motorists heading towards Lebuh Bandar Utama via the slip road from PLUS Highway (Klang-bound) will be diverted to Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1 and Persiaran Tropicana as indicated in the map below:

Closure 2b: The flyover at Lebuh Bandar Utama (BU11-bound) will be closed.

Motorists from Lebuh Bandar Utama (from BU1) heading towards BU11/ BU12 will be diverted to PLUS Highway (Damansara-bound), U-Turn at the slip road to PLUS Highway (Klang-bound), Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1 and Persiaran Tropicana as indicated in the map below:

The diversions are implemented in stages and following the approval from Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ).
