Media Release : Traffic Announcement Road Closure And Traffic Diversions On Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1 From 18 April 2023 To 31 May 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – 14 APRIL 2023: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a road closure and traffic diversions on Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1 (heading to Merchant Square) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 18 April 2023 to 31 May 2023, (Monday to Saturday), from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.

During the closure, motorists heading towards Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1 will need to turn onto Lebuh Bandar Utama, followed by Persiaran Tropicana and Jalan Tropicana Selatan.

Motorists from Jalan Tropicana Selatan 1 heading towards PLUS highway (Klang-bound) will need to turn onto Jalan Tropicana Selatan, then drive onto Persiaran Tropicana, Lebuh Bandar Utama, SPRINT Highway (Damansara-bound) before making a U-turn at the Jalan SS22/43 junction (under flyover) and heading back onto SPRINT Highway (Klang-bound).

The diversions are indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).
