SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 6 June, 2018: MRCB George Kent Sdn. Bhd. (MRCBGK), the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of lane diversions on both sides of the road at Persiaran Permai from 8 June to 7 August 2018.
The diversion for traffic heading towards UiTM will begin after the junction at MBSA Night Market area until Midlands Convention Centre while the diversion for traffic heading towards I-City will begin from the pond at Persiaran Permai and ends before the entrance to I-City.
The purpose of this lane diversions is to facilitate the road widening activities for LRT3 project in the area. The diversions will commence for a duration of two (2) months. In the event of challenging weather, execution of the road widening work might be extended.
The lane diversions and work areas are shown in the maps below.
