Reason To facilitate tree-cutting works for the LRT3 project. 

SHAH ALAM, 6 December 2018: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the main contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be traffic diversion on Jalan Jambatan Kota, Klang. The diversion will commence from 7 December 2018 to 31 January 2019 from 10.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. The closure will be deactivated during the day and traffic will resume as usual.

The traffic diversion is as follows:

The left lane on Jalan Jambatan Kota facing Prima Klang Avenue will be closed. Motorists who are heading to Klang Town will be diverted as indicated by the GREEN arrows in the map. 

The diversion is implemented following the approval from the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) and the Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR). Motorists are reminded to exercise caution, adhere to advance warning signs and directional signage placed when travelling in this area during the construction period.
