Traffic Announcement: Lane Closures and Traffic Diversions Opposite Petronas Station on KM8.5 to KM8.7 Federal Highway (KL-bound) from 11 June 2020 TO 30 September 2020

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 9 June 2020 MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be traffic diversions and lane closures on the emergency and leftmost lanes opposite Petronas station, KM8.5 to KM8.7 Federal Highway (KL-bound). These activities are meant to facilitate utilities relocation, piloting and piling works for the LRT3 project from 11 June 2020 to 30 September 2020, (Monday to Sunday) for 24 hours.

During the temporary closures, three (3) lanes will be made available to motorists on the Federal Highway (KL-bound) as indicated on the map below:

Throughout the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction works.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the public and greatly appreciate your kind understanding and patience as we build LRT3 for the betterment of the future, and in improving Klang Valley’s public transport system.
