SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 12 JUNE 2020: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be temporary full road closures and traffic diversions along Persiaran Kerjaya, Shah Alam (both Shah Alam and Subang/Kuala Lumpur bound) from 15 June 2020 to 22 June 2020 (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

The temporary full road closures and traffic diversions will occur from the T-junction between Temasya 8 and Caltex (Closure A) and the T-junction near Temasya Anggun and DRB-Hicom (both Kuala Lumpur/Subang and Shah Alam bound) (Closure B).

The temporary full road closures and traffic diversions are to facilitate pier cap launching works at the road median nearby Temasya 8 and U-Girder launching works at the road median in front of DRB-Hicom.

Motorists from Kuala Lumpur / Subang and Shah Alam will be diverted as indicated on the map below:


Closure A (15 June 2020 to 16 June 2020) – Pier Cap Launching




Closure B (16 June 2020 to 22 June 2020) – U-Girder Launching

Throughout the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the relevant authorities when carrying out our construction works.

On 17 October 2018, the PDP model was replaced with a fixed price contract regime, making MRCB George Kent the contractor.
