Traffic Announcement: Full Lane Closures and Traffic Diversions on Persiaran Permai, Shah Alam from 7 July 2020 to 15 July 2020

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 4 July 2020 MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that Persiaran Permai (both bounds, between Jalan Plumbum 7/98 and Jalan Plumbum 7/101 junctions) will be fully closed and traffic diversion will be implemented to facilitate pier cap launching works for the LRT3 from 7 July 2020 to 15 July 2020, (Tuesday to Wednesday) from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the temporary lane closures, motorists on Persiaran Permai heading towards Persiaran Bestari will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/98, then head straight before turning left onto Jalan Plumbum 7/99, then making another left turn onto Jalan Plumbum 7/99 before heading back towards Persiaran Permai.

Motorists on Persiaran Permai heading towards UiTM will be required to turn left onto Jalan Plumbum 7/95, head straight before turning right onto Jalan Plumbum 7/99, make another right turn onto Jalan 7/98 before heading straight onto Persiaran Permai.

The traffic diversions are indicated on the map below. Motorists are advised to follow the traffic signage and flagmen during the road closures.

Throughout the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction works.
