SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 11 December 2020: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be road closures and traffic diversions on Persiaran Kerjaya (in front of Politeknik Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam & Subang/KL-bound) and Jalan Subang (Guthrie Highway-bound) to facilitate ‘U-Girder’ launching works from 14 December 2020 to 16 December 2020, (Monday to Wednesday), from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the closures, motorists will be diverted as indicated below:

  • Motorists on Jalan Subang (Guthrie Highway-bound) heading towards Persiaran Kerjaya (Subang/KL-bound) will be diverted to the junction at Jalan Monfort before heading back on to Jalan Subang (Federal Highway-bound).
  • Motorists on Jalan Subang (Federal Highway-bound) heading towards Persiaran Kerjaya (Subang/KL-bound) will be diverted to Jalan Batu Tiga Lama before heading back on to Persiaran Kerjaya.
  • Motorists at Jalan Pentadbir U1/30 heading to Persiaran Kerjaya (Subang/KL-bound) will be diverted to Jalan Batu Tiga Lama before heading back on to Persiaran Kerjaya.
  • Motorists on Persiaran Kerjaya (Shah Alam-bound) will be diverted to the junction at Jalan Kontraktor U1/14, Jalan Majistret U1/26, Jalan Hakim U1/24 and Jalan Batu Tiga Lama before heading into Jalan Subang (Guthrie Highway-bound) or (Federal Highway-bound).

 

 

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Petaling Public Works Department (JKR Petaling). Throughout the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
