SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 8 March 2021 MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of road closure and traffic diversions on Persiaran Permai, Shah Alam road median (opposite Jalan Plumbum 7/101 junction, UiTM and Persiaran Bestari-bound) from 9 March 2021 to 31 August 2021 (Monday to Sunday) for 24 hours to facilitate LRT3 project-related works.

During the closure, motorists on Jalan Plumbum 7/101 heading towards UiTM will be diverted by making a U-turn at Jalan Plumbum 7/95 junction and head straight towards UiTM. Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards Jalan Plumbum 7/101 will be diverted by making a U-turn at Jalan Plumbum 7/98 junction and turn left to Jalan Plumbum 7/101. The traffic diversions are indicated on the map below:


The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Shah Alam Municipal Council (MBSA). Throughout the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction works.
