SHAH ALAM, 23 MAY 2021: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the main contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that Jalan Langat (between Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 and Lebuh Batu Nilam junctions, Klang-bound) will be closed and traffic diversions will be implemented to facilitate U-Girder launching works and LRT3 project-related works from 25 May 2021 to 30 June 2021, (Monday to Saturday) from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the closure, motorists on Jalan Langat heading towards Klang will be diverted onto Persiaran Batu Nilam 1, Persiaran Batu Nilam and head straight onto Lebuh Batu Nilam before heading back towards Jalan Langat (Klang-bound).

Motorists on Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 heading towards Klang will have to make a U-turn at the traffic light junction and head straight before turning right onto Persiaran Batu Nilam, Lebuh Batu Nilam and head straight to Jalan Langat as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang). Throughout the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
