SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 10 September 2021: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the main contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be lane closures and traffic diversions on Jalan Langat, Klang (before the Jalan Johan Setia traffic light junction, Banting-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 13 September 2021 to 30 September 2021, 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

  • During the closures, motorists heading towards Jalan Kebun from Klang / Shah Alam Expressway (SAE/KESAS) will be required to take Jalan Johan Setia 1 and Jalan Telekom before heading on Jalan Johan Setia to head towards Jalan Kebun. One (1) lane will made available for motorists from Klang / Shah Alam Expressway (SAE/KESAS) heading towards Banting.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from IPD Klang Selatan (PDRM), Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang) and Klang Municipal Council (MPK). Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 2 period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
