Media Release: Lane closures and traffic diversions on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) nearby Persada PLUS and Subang Toll (Subang & Kuala Lumpur-bound) from 14 November 2021 to 5 December 2021

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 11 NOVEMBER 2021: : Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be lane closures and traffic diversions on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) nearby Persada PLUS and Subang Toll (Subang & Kuala Lumpur-bound) from 14 November 2021 to 5 December 2021 to facilitate U-Girder launching and LRT3 project-related works from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m in the following stages:

Closure A: The ramp (Ramp G) heading towards Subang Toll (Subang-bound) from Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang will be closed from 14 November 2021 to 18 November 2021 and on 24 November 2021 to 5 December 2021.

During the closure, motorists will be diverted as below:

• Motorists from Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang heading towards Subang Toll will need to make a U-Turn under the flyover heading towards Federal Highway.
• After the U-turn, motorists will take the leftmost lane on Jalan Lapangan Terbang and stay on rightmost lane on Ramp E heading towards Subang toll.

Closure B: The ramp (Ramp G) heading towards Subang Toll from Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang and leftmost lane heading towards Subang Toll (Ramp E), Subang-bound will be closed from 18 November 2021 to 19 November 2021.

During the closures, motorists will be diverted as below:

• Motorists from Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang heading towards Subang Toll will need to make a U-Turn under the flyover heading towards Federal Highway.
• After the U-turn, motorists will take the leftmost lane on Jalan Lapangan Terbang and stay on the rightmost lane on the Ramp E heading towards Subang toll.

Closure C: The ramp (Ramp E) heading towards Subang Toll from Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang and the rightmost lane after Subang Toll will be closed from 21 November 2021 to 22 November 2021.

During the closures, motorists will be diverted as below:

• Motorists from Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Shah Alam-bound) heading towards Subang Toll will need to make a U-Turn under the flyover nearby Citta Mall.
• After the U-turn, motorists will take the leftmost lane on Jalan Lapangan Terbang and stay on the leftmost lane on the Ramp G heading towards Subang toll.
• For motorists from Subang Toll heading towards Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang, two (2) lanes will be made available during the closure.

Closure D: The rightmost lane after Subang Toll will be closed from 22 November 2021 to 24 November 2021.

During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available to motorists from Subang Toll heading towards Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) and Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (PLUS). Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
