SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 28 NOVEMBER 2021: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be continuation of lane closures and traffic diversions on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) nearby Kelana D’Putera Condominium and Persada PLUS (Subang & Kuala Lumpur-bound) to facilitate Segmental Box Girder (SBG) launching and LRT3 project-related works from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. in the following stages:

Closure A: The leftmost and middle lanes of the NKVE (nearby Kelana D’Putera Condominium) heading towards Subang Toll will be closed from 1 December 2021 to 15 December 2021.

During the closures, one (1) lane will be made available to motorists from Kuala Lumpur heading towards Subang as indicated on the map below:

 

 

Closure B: The rightmost and middle lanes of the NKVE (nearby Kelana D’Putera Condominium) heading towards Subang Toll and the left lane of NKVE from Shah Alam (Subang-bound) will be closed from 16 December 2021 to 12 January 2022.

During the closures, one (1) lane will be made available to motorists on both bounds as indicated on the map below:

 

Closure C: The rightmost lane of the NKVE (nearby Kelana D’Putera Condominium) heading towards Subang Toll, and both lanes from Shah Alam (Subang-bound) will be closed from 13 January 2022 to 31 January 2022.

Two (2) lanes will be made available to motorists from Kuala Lumpur heading towards Subang Toll. Motorists from Shah Alam heading towards Subang Toll will be diverted to the opposite side of NKVE Highway (Shah Alam-bound) via contra-flow traffic before heading back to NKVE Highway (Subang-bound). During the contra-flow traffic, the rightmost lane on NKVE Highway nearby Subang Toll (Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be closed as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) and Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (PLUS). Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
