SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 29 December 2021:  Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of road closure and traffic diversions on Persiaran Permai, Shah Alam road median (opposite Jalan Plumbum 7/101 junction, UiTM and Persiaran Bestari-bound) from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 (Monday to Sunday) for 24 hours to facilitate LRT3 project-related works.

During the closure, motorists on Jalan Plumbum 7/101 heading towards UiTM will be diverted by making a U-turn at Jalan Plumbum 7/95 junction and then heading straight towards UiTM. Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards Jalan Plumbum 7/101 will be diverted by making a U-turn at Jalan Plumbum 7/98 junction, then turning left onto Jalan Plumbum 7/101. The traffic diversions are indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam Municipal Council (MBSA. Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
