Media Release: Temporary lane closures and traffic diversions on Persiaran Kerjaya between Sekolah Tinta Mas and Masjid An-Nur Temasya Glenmarie (Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur/Subang-bound) and on Jalan Perintis U1/52 to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 1 January 2022 to 30 April 2022

 SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 29 DECEMBER 2021: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be temporary lane closures and traffic diversions on Persiaran Kerjaya between Sekolah Tinta Mas and Masjid An-Nur Temasya Glenmarie (Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur/Subang-bound) and on Jalan Perintis U1/52 to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 1 January 2022 to 30 April 2022 (Monday to Sunday) for 24 hours.

During the closures, motorists from Jalan Pengaturcara U1/51 heading towards Kuala Lumpur/ Subang will be diverted by making a left turn onto the right most lane on Persiaran Kerjaya (Shah Alam Bound) and will be required to make a U-turn before heading onto Persiaran Kerjaya (Kuala Lumpur / Subang Bound).

Motorists on Jalan Pengaturcara U1/51 heading towards Jalan Perintis U1/52 will be diverted to the slow lane opposite Masjid An-Nur Temasya Glenmarie.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Jabatan Kerja Raya Daerah Petaling (JKR Petaling). Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
