Media Release: Road closure and traffic diversions on Jalan Langat (between Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 and Lebuh Batu Nilam junctions, Klang-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 14 June 2022 to 18 June 2022

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 JUNE 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a road closure and traffic diversions on Jalan Langat (between Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 and Lebuh Batu Nilam junctions, Klang-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 14 June 2022 to 18 June 2022, (Monday to Sunday) from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the closure, motorists on Jalan Langat heading towards Klang will be diverted onto Persiaran Batu Nilam 1, Persiaran Batu Nilam and head straight onto Lebuh Batu Nilam before heading back towards Jalan Langat (Klang-bound).

Motorists on Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 heading towards Klang will have to make a U-turn at the traffic light junction and head straight before turning right onto Persiaran Batu Nilam, Lebuh Batu Nilam and to Jalan Langat as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang).
