KUALA LUMPUR – 17 June 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be intermittent road closures and traffic diversions on Persiaran Permai, Shah Alam (between Jalan Plumbum 7/95 to Persiaran Bestari junctions, (Persiaran Bestari and Uitm-bound)) to facilitate U-girder launching works and other LRT3 project related works from 20 June 2022 to 30 June 2022 (Monday to Sunday), 11: 00p.m. to 5:00a.m.
During the closures, motorists from Persiaran Permai heading towards Persiaran Bestari will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/95, Jalan Plumbum 7/99 before heading straight to Persiaran Bestari. Motorists from Persiaran Bestari heading towards Persiaran Permai will be diverted onto Jalan Plumbum 7/100, Jalan Plumbum 7/98 before heading straight to Persiaran Permai as indicated on the map below:
The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Public Works Department (JKR) and Shah Alam Municipal Council (MBSA). We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the public.
