KUALA LUMPUR – 5 SEPTEMBER 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be road closures and traffic diversions along Persiaran Kerjaya, Shah Alam (both Shah Alam and Subang/Kuala Lumpur-bound) at Glenmarie LRT station’s junction from 7 September 2022 to 23 September 2022 (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. to facilitate U-Girder launching and LRT3 project-related. The diversions are as follows:

  • Motorists from Kuala Lumpur / Subang heading towards LRT2 Glenmarie are required to turn right onto Jalan Jalan Presiden F U1/1, then turn left to Jalan Presiden U1/1 and then to the opposite side of Jalan Persiaran Kerjaya (Shah Alam-bound) via contra-flow traffic and back on the road heading to LRT2 Glenmarie.
  • Motorists from Kuala Lumpur / Subang heading towards Shah Alam are required to turn right onto Jalan Jalan Presiden F U1/1, then turn left to Jalan Presiden U1/1 and then turn right to head back onto Persiaran Kerjaya (Shah Alam-bound).
  • Motorists from Shah Alam heading towards Kuala Lumpur / Subang-bound are required to turn left onto Jalan Jalan Presiden U1/1, then turn right to Jalan Presiden F U1/1 and turn right onto Persiaran Kerjaya (Shah Alam-bound).
  • Motorists from LRT2 Glenmarie heading towards Shah Alam-bound are required to turn left into Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang making a circle then turn left back into Persiaran Kerjaya, then turn right onto Jalan Jalan Presiden F U1/1, then left to Jalan Presiden U1/1 and finally turn right to head back onto Persiaran Kerjaya (Shah Alam-bound).
  • Motorists from Shah Alam heading towards Jalan Doktor U1/67 will see a brief diversion to the immediate left lane but can turn right at Persiaran Kerjaya (Kuala Lumpur / Subang-bound) as usual.
  • Motorists from Jalan Doktor U1/67 heading towards Persiaran Kerjaya (Kuala Lumpur / Subang-bound) are required to head straight to Jalan Presiden U1/1 then turn right to Jalan Presiden F U1/1 and head back onto Persiaran Kerjaya (Kuala Lumpur / Subang-bound).

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Jabatan Kerja Raya Daerah Petaling (JKR Petaling).
