KUALA LUMPUR – 29 DECEMBER 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of lane closures and traffic diversions on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) after Subang Toll, opposite Petronas and Shell and Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) to facilitate Segmental Box Girder (SBG) launching and LRT3 project-related works from 1 January 2023 to 12 February 2023 (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m in the following stages:

Closure A: The left-most lane and middle lane after Subang Toll (opposite Petronas & Shell), also the left-most and middle lanes on Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be closed from 1 January 2023 to 22 January 2023.

  • Motorists from Subang Toll heading towards Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be diverted to the right-most lane of NKVE highway.
  • Motorist from Petronas and Shell heading towards Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be diverted to the right-most lane of NKVE highway.
  • One (1) lane will be made available to motorists from Subang Toll nearby Plaza Glomac heading towards Jalan SS7/19.
  • Motorists from Subang Airport heading towards Subang / Kuala Lumpur will be diverted to the right-most lane on Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang.

 

 

Closure B: The left-most lane and middle lane after Subang Toll (opposite Petronas & Shell), also the left-most and middle lanes on Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) and slip road heading to Jalan SS7/19 will be closed from 23 January 2023 to 12 February 2023.

  • Motorists from Subang Toll heading towards Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be diverted to the right-most lane of NKVE highway.
  • Motorists Petronas and Shell heading towards Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (Subang / Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be diverted to the right-most lane of NKVE highway.
  • Motorists from Subang Airport heading towards Subang / Kuala Lumpur will be diverted to the right-most lane on Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang.
  • Motorists heading towards Jalan SS7/19 will be diverted to Jalan SS7/2, Jalan SS7/13, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Jalan SS7/26 and back to Jalan SS7/19.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Jabatan Kerja Raya Daerah Petaling and Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ).
