Media Release : Traffic Announcement Lane Closures And Traffic Diversion On New Klang Valley Expressway (Nkve) From 13 February 2023 To 31 March 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – 3 FEBRUARY 2023: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be continuation of lane closures and traffic diversion on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) nearby Kelana D’Putera Condominium and Persada PLUS (Subang & Kuala Lumpur-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 13 February 2023 to 31 March 2023 (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m in the following stages:

Closure A: The rightmost lane and the middle lane nearby Persada PLUS after the Subang Toll (Shah Alam / KL-bound) and the right lane opposite Kelana Square (Shah Alam / Subang bound) will be closed from 13 February 2023 to 7 March 2023.

During the closure, one (1) lane will be more available to motorists on both bounds as indicated on the map below:

Closure B: The rightmost lane of the NKVE (nearby Kelana D’Putera Condominium) heading towards Subang Toll, and both lanes from Shah Alam (Subang-bound) will be closed from 8 March 2023 to 31 March 2023.

Two (2) lanes will be made available to motorists from Kuala Lumpur heading towards Subang Toll. Motorists from Shah Alam heading towards Subang Toll will be diverted to the opposite side of NKVE Highway (Shah Alam-bound) via contra-flow traffic before heading back to NKVE Highway (Subang-bound). During the contra-flow traffic, the rightmost lane on NKVE Highway nearby Subang Toll (Kuala Lumpur-bound) will be closed as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) and Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (PLUS).
