Media Release : Traffic Announcement Lane Closures And Traffic Diversions At Ramp A And Ramp B Of The Pandamaran Interchange And From Km18.5 To Km19.1 (Both Bounds) Of The Shah Alam Expressway – Sae (Kesas) From 9 March 2023 To 22 March 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – 6 March 2023: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be lane closures at the Pandamaran Interchange (Ramp A) from Jalan Langat heading to Kuala Lumpur, (Ramp B) from Kuala Lumpur heading to Jalan Langat and from KM18.5 to KM19.1 (both bounds) of the Shah Alam Expressway – SAE (KESAS) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 9 March 2023 to 22 March 2023, 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. in the following stages:

Stage 1: Slow lane closure of Ramp A from Banting heading onto SAE (East bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 9 March 2023 to 10 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 2: Fast lane closure of Ramp A from Banting heading onto SAE (East bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 10 March 2023 to 11 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 3: Slow and middle lane closure from KM18.5 to KM19.1 of SAE (East bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 12 March 2023 to 13 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 4: Middle and fast lane closure from KM18.5 to KM19.1 of SAE (East bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 13 March 2023 to 14 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 5: Fast lane closures from KM18.5 to KM19.1 of SAE (both bounds), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., from 14 March 2023 to 15 March 2023.

During the closures, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 6: Slow and middle lane closure from KM19.1 to KM18.5 of SAE (West bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 16 March 2023 to 17 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 7: Fast lane closure of Ramp B from SAE (Klang bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 17 March 2023 to 18 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 8: Slow lane closure of Ramp B from SAE (Klang bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 18 March 2023 to 19 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 9: Fast lane closure of Ramp B from SAE (Banting bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 19 March 2023 to 20 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 10: Slow lane closure of Ramp B from SAE (Banting bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 20 March 2023 to 22 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from IPD Klang Selatan (PDRM), the Klang Public Works Department (JKR), Klang Municipal Council (MPK), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA).

Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the traffic signages. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the SAE (KESAS) users.
