Traffic Announcement Lane Closures And Traffic Diversions On New Klang Valley Expressway (Nkve) From 26 August 2023 To 28 August 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – 23 AUGUST 2023: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will intermittent lane closures and traffic diversions on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) from KM14.9 to KM16.2 (Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh & Shah Alam / Subang-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 26 August 2023 to 28 August 2023 (Saturday to Monday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the closures, motorists will be diverted as below:

• Motorists from Shah Alam / Subang heading towards Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh will be diverted to the opposite side of NKVE Highway via contra-flow traffic. Three (3) lanes will be made available to motorists from Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh heading towards Shah Alam / Subang.

• Motorists from Shah Alam / Subang heading towards Petronas and Shell will be diverted to the rightmost lane nearby Vista Subang Apartment.

• Motorists from Petronas heading towards NKVE Highway will be diverted to the leftmost lane then head straight to NKVE Highway (Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh bound).

• Motorists from Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh on the rightmost lane will be diverted to the middle lane of NKVE Highway when approaching the flagman controlling the contra-flow as shown in the map below:
  

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) and Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (PLUS).
