Traffic Announcement: Lane Closures and Traffic Diversions on New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) from 1 March 2024 to 31 May 2024

KUALA LUMPUR – 29 FEBRUARY 2024: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the LRT Shah Alam Line (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be continuation of lane closures and traffic diversions on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) near KM 14.1 (Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh-bound & Shah Alam / Subang-Bound) to facilitate project-related works from 1 March 2024 to 31 May 2024 (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. in the following stages:

Stage 1: The leftmost lane and slow lane (Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh-bound) will be closed from 1 March 2024 to 16 March 2024.

During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available to motorists on NKVE Highway heading towards Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh as indicated on the map below:

Stage 2: The leftmost lane and the middle lane (Kuala Lumpur / Subang Toll-bound) will be closed from 17 March 2024 to 7 April 2024.

During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available to motorists on NKVE Highway heading towards Kuala Lumpur / Subang toll.

Stage 3: The leftmost lane, slow lane and middle lane (Kuala Lumpur / Shah Alam-bound) will be closed from 8 April 2024 to 30 April 2024.

During the closure, one (1) lane will be made available to motorists on NKVE Highway heading towards Kuala Lumpur / Shah Alam as indicated on the map below:

Stage 4: The rightmost lane and the middle lane on both bounds will be closed from 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024.

During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available to motorists on NKVE Highway heading towards Kuala Lumpur / Sungai Buloh-bound and Shah Alam / Subang-bound as indicated on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) and Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (PLUS).
