Traffic Announcement: Lane Closures and Traffic Diversions on Jalan Langat, Klang from 22 April 2024 to 7 May 2024
KUALA LUMPUR – 19 APRIL 2024: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be lane closures and traffic diversions on Jalan Langat, Klang (at AEON Bukit Tinggi traffic light intersections) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 22 April 2024 to 7 May 2024, (Monday to Sunday) from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The road will be closed in following stages:
Stage 1: The left most-lane of Jalan Langat (Klang-bound) and Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 slip road will be closed from 22April 2024 to 23 April 2024.
During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available for motorists heading towards Klang as indicated on the map below:
Stage 2: The fast-lane on Jalan Langat (Klang-bound) will be closed from 23 April 2024 to 24 April 2024.
During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available for motorists heading towards Klang as indicated on the map below:
Stage 3: The fast and middle-lanes on Jalan Langat (Banting-bound) will be closed from 24 April 2024 to 25 April 2024.
During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available for motorists heading towards Banting as indicated on the map below:
Stage 4: The slow and middle-lanes on Jalan Langat (Banting-bound), slow lane, middle-lane and slip road of Jalan Mahogani, will be closed from 25 April 2024 to 26 April 2024.
During the closure, motorists from Klang and Jalan Mahogani will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
Stage 5: The fast-lane on Jalan Mahogani, (Persiaran Mahogani and Persiaran Batu Nilam -bounds) will be closed from 26 April 2024 to 27 April 2024.
During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
Stage 6: The slip road and slow-lane on Jalan Langat (Banting-bound) and left-most lane of Jalan Mahogani will be closed from 29 April 2024 to 30 April 2024.
During the closure, motorists heading towards Banting and Jalan Mahogani will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
Stage 7: The fast and middle-lanes on Jalan Langat, (Banting-bound) will be closed from 1 May 2024 to 2 May 2024.
During the closure, two (2) lanes will be made available for motorists heading towards Banting will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
Stage 8: The fast and middle-lanes on Jalan Langat, (Klang-bound) will be closed from 2 May 2024 to 3 May 2024.
During the closure, motorists heading towards Klang will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
Stage 9: The slow and middle-lanes on Jalan Langat, (Klang-bound) and Persiaran Batu Nilam 1 slip road will be closed from 3 May 2024 to 4 May 2024.
During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
Stage 10: The fast-lane on Persiaran Batu Nilam 1-both bounds will be closed from 6 May 2024 to 7 May 2024.
During the closure, motorists will be diverted as indicated on the map below:
The diversions are implemented following the approval from Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang).
