SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 9 JANUARY 2022: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd (formerly known as MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK)), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a continuation of temporary lane closures and traffic diversions on the flyover at Lebuh Bandar Utama, heading to BU11 and BU12 to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 12 January 2022 to 28 February 2022, (Monday to Saturday), from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

During the closures, at any one-time (1) time, only one (1) lane closure will be implemented, and motorists will be diverted as follows:

Closure 1: The three (3) lanes at slip road Lebuh Bandar Utama heading to BU1 will be closed

Motorists turning right to Lebuh Bandar Utama heading to BU1 will need to make a ‘U’ turn near Taman Bandar Utama (BU11) as shown on the map below:

 

 

Closure 2: The leftmost lane on Lebuh Bandar Utama near the Medan Selera Ming Tien junction heading to BU11 will be closed.

Motorists heading to BU11 will be diverted to the immediate right lane as shown on the map below:

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).  Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4 period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
