SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 16 August 2021: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the main contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be intermittent road closures and traffic diversions to facilitate ‘U-trough’ launching and LRT3 project-related works at Bulatan Kota (from the slip road of Persiaran Sultan Ibrahim, Jalan Meru and Jalan Kapar-bound), Jalan Meru (from the junction of Jalan Gelugor to LHDN, Setia Alam-bound) and Jalan Kapar (from the junction of Jalan Raja Bot to Wisma MAIS, Jalan Mantin-bound), Klang from 18 August 2021 to 30 November 2021, Monday to Sunday, 10:00 p.m to 5:00 a.m.
During the closures, motorists will be diverted as follows:
The diversions are implemented following the approval from IPD Klang Selatan (PDRM), the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang) and Klang Municipal Council (MPK). Throughout the National Recovery Plan Phase 1, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
